This commission structure ensures that every associate is motivated and driven to market themselves and their customer's property to the maximum.

With this concept RE/MAX revolutionised the estate agency market and modified the rules of the game in the traditional sector.

Along with the Maximum Commission Concept, RE/MAX sought to maximize the benefits of affiliation by developing an array of support services to enhance the professional development and education of its members. These include a large-company image, management training, agent-to-agent worldwide referral system, office technology and conventions.
